The Rhodesian-ridgeback is a dog breed developed in southern Africa where they were used for hunting big game such as lions. Rhodesian Ridgebacks are a loyal, intelligent and family-friendly dog breed. They are protective of their masters and will defend them if necessary, but they do not attack without cause.
