I had a phone call about a dog in a very bad condition abandoned in the mountain far away from the city , the dog is in a shocking condition and he was waiting for his owner to go back to take him. The dog is a boy about 3 years old and for sure he was locked in a chain all his life , he is very sick from leishmaniasis and at the end they throw him away in the mountain to die . The boy was very lucky because a young guy was in the mountain with his dog and he saw him ....
