TICA registered kitten breeder, Allison Grant, runs an ethical breeding programme for Bengal cats. When one of Allison’s cats had a litter of two bengal kittens, the mother came into call as the kittens were about to wean. As well as tainting her milk and preventing her from feeding them properly, this caused a womb infection, meaning she had to have major surgery and her milk supply completely dried up.

Allison was left with two kittens that could not be fed by their mother and were refusing to wean, desperately needing nutrition.
