Early mornings with Cutie Pie and Nike the Golden Retriever; cuddles on the couch and then helping Aunty Sam make banana muffins for the girls. Thank you for the help and support Cutie Pie and Nike!

The bus arrives and Uncle Luke takes a few of the dogs that need the extra run first up this morning from today’s pack, for a sprint in the big paddock while the rest of the pack get off the bus. It’s a great start for the super active dogs to burn some of that initial energy off while the rest of the pack settle in.

In the playground, the pack has found the muddy puddle. Dear Penny the Labrador is most happy with the find. She loves a good mud puddle!

Luke talks about how the lure is fast becoming Cutie Pie’s favourite game, but she hasn’t worked out that the bags are also used for picking up doggy doo, and these are ones you don’t want to chase and bite! We think she may just learn the hard way on this one.

Friday’s pack love chasing the lure. From Koda the Malamute and Hachi the Cavalier to Hudson the Portuguese Water Dog and Murphy the Aussie Shepherd. We all love it! The chase, the run, the excitement! Our girl Joey the Kelpie loves it too. She sat one run out today to test her training. She did well and passed, as hard as it would have been for her. She really loves her Dad, they’ve got a special bond and all she wants to do is listen and do what is being asked. Way to go Joey!

Gilbert the Weimaraner was bringing us all joy and laughter for our Friday, like he always loves to do. A stick for Uncle Luke, a ball for Aunty Sam and then in the pool of course he really wanted Luke’s hat. Gilbert still hasn’t yet got in the water by himself but Luke thinks maybe the hat might be the answer. One day Gillie!

Hera the Vizsla wanted lots of cuddles in the pool, how could Uncle Luke ever say no.

At the end of the day, Our girl Tilly sat and watched the bus leave. But today she had some company. Little Cutie Pie sat with her. Cutie Pie thinks Tilly is the bees knees, so perhaps she is taking notes on how to be a Cattle Dog. She sure loves to copy Till when she kills the tyre in the yard.

Hoping you all have a wonderful weekend. We are all hoping to have a baby …
