The Arabian peninsula's newest endemic species, the Arabian Eagle-Owl (Bubo milesi), which was recently split from the Spotted Eagle-Owl of subsaharan Africa, can be found relatively easily in Tanomah, Saudi Arabia. Here's an individual I found for BirdTour Asia on their recent visit to Saudi. March appears to be a good time for locating Montane (Abyssinian) Nightjar in the Asir Highlands as well. One can be heard calling in the background towards the end of the video. Later we called two into view. During other times of the year these nightjars are either silent or potentially absent from the area.
