Black Cat looking irritated ????

Follow our Channel 'Black CAT White CAT' to watch regular updates of our Cat's little lives in our apartment. Both White Cat and Black Cat love to chill, relax, sleep anywhere in the house, and love to give affection to us their owners.

White Cat is 100% completely deaf. We noticed this I guess around 2 weeks after getting White Cat and Black Cat. We since read that it is actually reasonably common for White Cats with blue eyes to be deaf (?!?)

At first, Black Cat did spend a lot of time licking out White Cats ears, so maybe she knew there was a problem. This did stop after a while, so maybe she gave up.

However, she does not let this affect her little life, as she is a happy cat, and full of energy at times although being big. Being a very jumpy cat is caused by her deafness also.

As of 2021, White Cat and Black Cat are 3 years old. They are sisters although they do look quite different. White Cat is a big and fluffy cat, whereas Black Cat, also being quite big, has short hair.

They have lived in 3 different apartments so far, and both cats loved them all. The latest apartment however is their favorite, as it has their own balcony where it has their cat house.

Their day consists of me waking the cats up around 7am, as they're usually asleep in their house on the balcony. They have a 2 storey house built up high near the ceiling of the balcony (2m+ climb) this was so they had more space to play around on the floor. They get up to the cat house using the stairs spaced around 30cm apart stepped up the wall.

Afterwards they are free to roam throughout the house during the day, causing the usual cat mischief (cat scratching, cat playing, cat fighting) but both cats are very tame and generally well behaved.

They are indoor cats, and are not so welcome to random visitors except for the odd occasion. Black Cat will run and hide up in her house whenever there's a visitor, whereas White Cat will usually hang around for a sniff, but not enjoy so much close contact and attention.

They have a nightly treat around midnight where I will take out the trash to a door 20m along the hall. This is their time to come out and have a sniff around the building, which they both love.

Other apartments on the floor have cats and dogs, so there is a lot of information for them to get through in the 2 minutes they are outside!
