Bombay duck is a speciality of Mumbai It is a watery fish that is delicately tasty !!!
This fish has many names in India, the Bombay duck, Bummalo, Boombil and Boomla.

This is a tasty recipe across the coastal regions. This preparation tastes awesome with steamed rice or even with pao/bread.

I prepared this beautiful tangy, spicy and yummy curry and had it with steamed rice along with Eggplant/Brinjal/Baingan fries. See Recipe link below
