Ficus can get fussy with food. He’s not a big eater and will not eat if it’s unfamiliar food. But he also gets bored if I give him the same food over and over again. So I’m trying to expand his taste buds by providing different cat food brands so he’ll get used to a variety of tastes.
Ficus was a rescue kitten. He was about 3 months old when we found him hiding under a pickup truck. He was tiny, skinny, starving, full of fleas and ear mites. We brought him home to live with our 2 dogs - Emma & Shirley. The doggies didn’t like him at first but they eventually accepted Ficus. The 3 have become very close. Ficus turned 2 a few months ago. We found out he’s a Japanese bobtail months after we rescued him. That explained his very playfulness, unquenchable curiosity, intelligence, and loving nature.
