Ex-rescue kitten Ficus is home in the countryside. He’s making the most of his time by taking walks inside the compound with me tagging along. He wants to see the banana trees again. Ficus loves to climb trees. He must be trying to figure out how to climb these weird looking trees that don’t have branches. He also wants to check if there are more fruits. He finds it strange that his hooman likes the fruit so much. She even tried to make him eat it. No way was he eating that! Anyway there’s a surprise towards the end of this video.

On 03 January 2021, we found Ficus hiding underneath a pickup truck. He was tiny, dirty, skinny, starving, full of fleas and earmites. We estimated that he was about 3 months old. We brought him home and he grew up with our doggies Emma & Shirley. The 3 became best buddies. They are Our Furry Tribe.

Later on we found out that Ficus is a Japanese bobtail. That explains his very playful nature. He’s also highly intelligent and lovable. He turned 3 recently.
