My hand survives being licked then chewed then grasped by her claws because I know how to slowly withdraw. All the while, her purr engine is running in loud mode - she's very happy.
Mona is a lovely, gentle cat 99% of the time but just occasionally she wakes up full of tortoiseshell cat attitude - or tortietude!
