1 in 6 veterinarians consider suicide at some point in their career and rates of depression are double that of the general public. Veterinary professionals face many challenges, including burnout, financial instability, compassion fatigue, ethics exhaustion and more.

This initiative led by WeRateDogs in partnership with Trupanion, Not One More Vet, MightyVet and The Multicultural Veterinary Medical Association highlights these challenges and how the public can best support them.

To raise awareness and show them you're listening, please post photos of your dog’s ears using #EarsToVets. Include why you appreciate your vet in your post. ❤️
