Exercise for Snakes: enrichment for your ball python

Do snakes need exercise? Your ball python probably just sits in their hide most of the time. How can you give them some enrichment without causing them stress? It's probably good to get them moving once in a while too - and not just when they're trying to get away from you. Here's how I give my snakes some mental and physical stimulation.
