How does this Photo Therapy work?

Sit back and start breathing, it is five in and seven out, all right?
You breathe in instead of your chest going out, your belly goes out.

Now start by pressing the Play Button and when you spot an exciting photo Press pause. Look at this photo for about a minute. Let your eyes wander to all four corners, and find things that are interesting to see. All of these pictures have finer details that will catch your attention.

Other uses and a testimonial of Photo Therapy:
It can be used for kids that have gone through trauma. As seen in a hospital in Johannesburg that uses it to help kids to overcome a traumatic experience. It was first tried on a little girl who was raped by her grandfather. She responded well to Therapy and became more responsive to the medical staff. It helps find the correct psychological Therapy she needed.

It is also a useful tool for adults, as seen in my late Mothers case; as it was a method of relaxing and keeping her mind off all the bad things happening to her body. Another reason for my passion for Photo Therapy is that my late Mother had Dementia, and I helped her cope by using this Therapy.
