Keith visits with Moe – an absolute sweetheart of a cat. Looking at Moe, we can see the visible effects of what happens when you leave an animal out in freezing temperatures. Moe is losing his ears to a bad case of frostbite.
Outside animals have to have adequate shelter to protect them from the cold and wind. Simple shelters are not hard to build. Google cat shelters – you can make one out of a plastic storage tote and save a pet from frostbite or worse.
