Rex is the cutest, sweetest boy who has been left disfigured by his previous “family”. When he needed ample nutrition as a puppy for his growing bones, he was instead starved and chained. Without proper nutrients and even a bit of exercise, his already fragile bones became soft and his legs gave out.

By the time we learned about Rex, it was too late - the damage was irreversible. With supplements and great nutrition, Rex healed as much as possible. He can move around but he will never be a regular dog that can walk and run long distances.

In good news - Rex doesn’t need much. Just love and affection. He doesn’t need long walks or hikes. He needs a backyard. He’s fully house-trained and so smart.

Rex’s travel paperwork expires in January 2024. Without a foster or adopter in the US ????????, Rex can’t fly.

Rex deserves this flight so much.
