Grooming An Exotic Cat
Exotic Cat, Pearl visited today for a full groom through as her dense coat was beginning to develop some matts.

The moulting comb was used to thin her coat out and to remove the matts.

Pearl was not so tolerant of being groomed so we chose to pop a collar on her.

This not only calmed her down but it also protected me from being bitten.

Some shorthaired breeds of cats do take a lot of looking after due to the density of their coat. But if groom them every day then it will save your cat from getting matted.
