4 year old GS K9 Rex, an extremely UNIQUE k9 that will search for Missing Persons lost in water . Rex will go Full body UNDER WATER when he finds.. Very strange to see a large 50 kg GSD fully dive under water when he finds the scent. He has never had any issues with his ears in water, something always monitored for.. Rex loves water and i will show many many more videos of him at work.
Here he is the hands of absolute( Nursing Angels) in Belfast. Rex lost over 14kg in body weight post opp, after life saving spinal surgery by his amazing Surgeons. He was tried with everything under the sun to eat but no avail, Finally he was enticed by the smell of some ham and so his return to eating and drinking returned. These super star nurses sat with Rex day and night to save his wee life.. He was in Hospital for 4 weeks and they all showed him nothing but love and compassion. Rex will hopefully make a good recovery and its hoped he will move into the field of Cancer Detection in his future path..
