Here is a short video of a happy cat purring smoothly: Soothing sounds for sleeping and concentration.

Despite being sedated by the vet only two days ago, and still in pain, our Maine Coon cat is desperate to show short bursts of affection.

Pippin update:

We have to groom him regularly as he’s not able to groom himself, because of the pain. It’s important that he doesn’t get too excited, as he got excited yesterday whilst being groomed and rolled over and yelped with pain in his hip/back.

Waiting on vet to find somewhere for Pips to have his CT scan, then an operation.

Thankfully the two sets of painkillers we are giving him have built up in his system and are helping Pippin manage the pain better, and be more himself.
