True transformation comes through self-discovery, through the struggle, the reflection, the choices they make. When we interfere, even with good intentions, we deny them the strength, clarity, and confidence that only come from doing the inner work themselves.

Be supportive, yes - but don’t carry their journey for them.
Honor their process.
Hold space, but let them walk.
That’s how real empowerment happens.
