I got to play a new TTRPG called “Legend in the Mist” with some hilarious and super cool content creators this weekend!

It’s a rustic fantasy TTRPG that’s all about folktales, strange creatures, and unlikely heroes. So if you like LOTR, Princess Mononoke or The Wheel of Time you will adore this. Plus you can play solo or co-op, with or without a GM!
What I love the most about this system is how creative you can be with it. To make your character you use “tags” instead of “stats” which connect right to your backstory. My character had a tag that we called “shirk responsibilities” so anytime I did something that fell into that tag, I got to add it to my roll haha!!
And you can actually play it right now for free with their 50-page comic book adventure PDF. It’s a choose your own path, graphic novel where you’ll step into the shoes of Gerrin, a young deer stalker on a dangerous quest up the mountain to find the Rime Thistle.
It’s a perfect intro that teaches you how to play while you adventure.
