Eleven members of RSPB North Bucks Group and Bucks Bird Club. met at the quayside in Penzance before boarding the Scillonian III ferry for our crossing to our base at St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly.
We based ourselves on St. Mary's.
Whilst we were in Scilly we visited St. Martins, Tresco and St. Agnes. Some of the group went on a pelagic trip.

On the pelagic trip we saw a Great Skua possible South Polar Skua, 150+ Cory Shearwaters, 80+ Great Shearwaters, 7 Sooty Shearwaters, 8 Manx Shearwaters, 1 Arctic Skua, 4 Bonxies, 1 large skua, 1 Grey Phalarope, 5 European Storm Petrels.
Highlights on the islands include Buff-breasted Sandpiper, Short-toed Lark. Northern Parula, Red-backed Shrike, Bobolink and Common Rosefinch.
