The Javanese is a longhaired Siamese adorned in Colorpoint hues. He was bred from Siamese, Colorpoint, and Balinese cats. The cats are not from Java, but were given the name since Java is a sister island to Bali, which was a good touch considering the breed's ties to the Balinese.
