Maine Coon Adoptions Says Farewell

MAINE COON ADOPTIONS IS NOW CLOSED:

After 17 years of rescuing and rehoming more than 3400 cats, MCA's Director, Elaine Lyford-Nojima, has retired, and Maine Coon Adoptions has ceased operations as of 12/31/20. As we are now closed, our YouTube Channel will soon become inactive.

A small group of former MCA volunteers have created a new YouTube Channel, Adopt Rescue Cats CA (ARCC), and are continuing to post adoptable kitties from other rescue groups. Please subscribe!

If you adopted a kitty from Maine Coon Adoptions and need to return the cat, please contact Cat Town in Oakland, CA, at info@cattownoakland.org. Cat Town has agreed to take in any MCA cats that adopters need to return.

Cat Town will also maintain and update the microchip information for all kitties previously adopted through MCA. If you need to update the contact information for your cat’s microchip, please email Cat Town at info@cattownoakland.org.
