Our Maine Coon cat waits patiently at the dinner table, like a dog would.
Pippin has a routine - he waits to see if our kids will be messy and drop any food accidentally whilst eating (he likes to hoover it up!!).
If no spillages, he waits his turn patiently until we have all finished, then is awarded some cooled chicken or other meat for waiting. He’s particularly partial to eating chicken, but not a fan of pork!
Who says cats cannot learn routines?!
