This is how we exercise our adult cats at our Maine Coon cattery.
We have built a climbing wall that the cats love to play on everyday, unfortunately in this video, the cats were already exercised out and didn't climb much...so we used floor exercises instead.
It is good to keep these sessions short (no more than 5-7 minutes) because the cats will become bored quickly and not participate during the next session.
Just remember to keep it fun for (mentally and physically) healthier cats.
