What is this video about? .. a Maine Coon going for a walk in his garden. No lead is required, as he is simply exploring his own territory.

Pippin is a poorly Maine Coon cat at the moment, so you will notice that his tail drags along the floor ????.

This is Pippin’s first trip outside into the main garden space in a week. He’s been offered time in the internal courtyard garden, but he’s shown zero interest. Finally, he’s plucked up the courage to go outside today in the UK sunshine.

Pippin update:

The big chap has not lifted his tail since the vet visit over a week ago, well, not properly anyhow. He’s given up trying and allows it to drag along the floor. The vet hasn’t said the tail is broken, we await Pippin’s CT scan in a few weeks time to discover more.

Pippin is still on pain medication ???? … but eating and pooping now which is great.

He’s unilaterally changed his diet though. He is rejecting his all time favourite dry food (which he used to be obsessed by) and wanting more protein / wet foods.

I need to investigate the local butchers for meat options. What raw food are you feeding your Maine Coon cat?
