Mardi Gras is a beautiful medium to long fur brown tabby Maine Coon mix girl, who was born on July 1, 2022. She is looking for a quieter home with experienced cat parents and adults only or older children. She would enjoy the company of one of her siblings or a welcoming resident cat. She may also be OK as a single kitten in a home where someone is home most of the time to give her lots of love and attention.
Hi! I’m Mardi Gras, but you can call me Princess Mardi, like foster mommy does. I’m considered a medium long haired brown tabby with not only fantastic ear furnishings, but super soft fur that loves to brushed. Being the only girl in the pack of five kittens, I tend to be a little shy, but definitely loved to be doted on. I mean, look at me! Could you honestly resist?
At first, I wasn’t sure about the peoples. I thought they were scary, but now that I’ve been inside and they bring me the foods, I’ve learned all sorts of wonderful things about them! They have these things called “hands” that rub me all over. These hand things also hold the marvelous brush that I love so much! Literally, I can be brushed all day long and never tire of it.
Foster Mommy also got me my very own Throne! Well maybe it’s not entirely mine, but it is made of carpet and places to sharpen my nails and has several tiers that I occasionally allow the other kittens to enjoy. I particularly enjoy the very top, where I allow the hands to brush me or where I enjoy a catnap with one of my brothers. I sure hope my new home has a throne for me too!
I feel like all we are talking about is me, but I really want to know more about you! How about you fill out an application so I can have my peoples look it over to determine if we would be a good match or not? I would love for you to specifically mention all of the wonderful things you have at your house that I could get into, and maybe, JUST MAYBE you can consider one of my brothers. I tend to enjoy Marzipan the most, but the other two (Marimba & Marty) will work nicely just as well.
All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Adoption fee is a minimum $90 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $150 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply!

Our cats and kittens are in private foster homes and need a completed questionnaire before an appointment can be made to meet them.
