Palmer is the sweetest boy in the world! He loves cuddling and sleeping on your lap. He falls in love with you immediately and is perfect for anyone who likes to give and receive affection. He really enjoys hanging out with other cats, so there should be another friendly cat in the home and can become friends with anyone, cats and humans alike. He loves to play with various toys and scratch cardboard scratching mats. Palmer’s head is slightly tilted to the right, which makes him always look like he is having a conversation with you.
