Ficus is a Japanese bobtail we rescued when he was about 3 months old. We found him underneath a pickup truck. His tiny cries led us to him. He was tiny, skinny, starving, dirty, and full of fleas and ear mites. We brought him home and he became good buddies with our 2 dogs, Emma & Shirley.
Ficus is no ordinary cat. He has given me so much love and comfort especially when my sister Diane passed…so soon after my favorite brother Carlo passed. My grief and pain will never go away but with Ficus by my side, I have learned to live with it.
