Welcome to my channel!

Angel is 16 and has been diagnosed with a condition known as CCD or "Canine Cognitive Disfunction". Basically it's a doggy version of Dementia or Alzheimer's. She looses her way sometimes, forgets where we are and has consistently unremembered the house rules. Sometimes, when she's confused, she likes to get up on the highest point of our couch and get the lay of the land. Interestingly enough whenever anyone tries to remove her she goes right back up there. It's become her new favorite spot, so we've allowed it. And no matter how precarious her favorite perch is, she's never fallen.
Ever.

If anyone would like to see a video on CCD please let me know. I've been considering posting one so that if people see certain symptoms they can self assess their dogs as well. CCD isn't a life ending condition, it just makes each day a bit more challenging. But, it's worth it, and it's given me and my family many laughs.
