I fished the pier at Point Lookout State Park this past weekend and had steady action with, mainly smaller fish including flounder, spot, needlefish and mullet. This is a beautiful park to fish, and offers great scenery, paddling, camping, bird watching and a beach for the non-fishers in your family. Despite the large amount of bait in the water, lures didn't work for me, but fishbites, worms and cut bait did the trick. It will definitely be getting a return visit from me.
