Cecily is a Manx kitty that was born with deformed back legs and is incontinent. Unfortunately, her legs had to be amputated because they bothered her so much she began to chew on them to the point of infection.

She's a happy-go-lucky girl, that takes 2 baths a day and wears the cutest outfits to keep her diaper in place.

She's a bit spoiled, but that's no surprise, since she's a princess.
