Fortunately, Nontaphat got him just in time. They gave him disinfectant, antibiotics, and IV therapy. The vet confirmed he is safe and just needed a week to recover from the wound. He's so little but he has tons of heart. He continued his recovery in a loving shelter. Nontaphat who rescued him became his foster dad. He is called Little Panda. He is such a little smart boy and very playful.

Huge thanks for the help of everyone and every donation to support his medical bills. He will live happily and never ever back to suffering again.
