Here is a quick video on the most efficient method I found for assembling each level of the new EZ Hybrid racks from ARS Caging (American Rodent Supply).

This should be especially helpful for you if you are working alone. Once I figured this technique out, I was able to fly through the levels in less than 5 minutes each (note the frames pieces were all already assembled before I started screwing anything together).
