RAISING STARBUCK

Lily* told us she wanted a kitty. After politely asking, repeatedly - and patiently waiting for years - she finally got a baby brother in January!!

This is our Ragdoll kitty, Starbuck.

Ragdolls are known for their dog-like qualities and mellow, laid back personality.

Starbuck was the first kitten out of the nesting box - which I hoped meant he would be bold - and his breeder did desensitization and socialization exercises with him to prep for his new life as an Adventure Cat.

I began his training as soon as I brought him home.

I don't know if I will succeed in raising a moto-riding, SUP boarding, kayaking cat that can hang with his Adventure Papillon sister...

But I'm gonna try! ????????????????

(Side note: Lily asked for a pony, too... Hmmm.) ????
