Its Spok! It’s Yoda! Nooooo it’s Rosa Linda! The beautiful puppy girl with the BEST pointy ears this side of the Mississippi. LOL, all jokes aside, Rosa Linda is a pup you don’t want to scroll past! This girl is one of a kind! She is a kid loving, olympic speed running, super affectionate canine who is ready to be your next best friend!

We believe she is a pittie mix of some sort who is about 1 year old and weighs approximately 50 pounds. She could pass as Batman’s sidekick and I could definitely see her sporting a yellow collar like a champ. Due to her being a rescue, age and breed cannot be guaranteed. But that’s what makes rescue so fun! You get a perfect pup mixed with surprise breeds. They’re an exclusive breed just for you and your family ;)

There are so many things that I want to highlight about Rosa Linda, but the first thing I need to brag about is how comfortable she makes other dogs feel. When we were out in the play yard, we brought dogs of all temperaments out to be with Rosa. The most remarkable thing happened about 3 minutes into the playgroup, Rosa Linda was getting one of our newer shutdown dogs to actually join her in playing! She has this infectiously sweet personality that breaks even the hardest of shells! She is also SUPER FAST! I do believe she could be a part of the puppy olympics and give greyhounds a run for their money! She is very dog friendly and would thrive in a home with other medium/high energy dogs that can run around in the yard and come back in and rest just as easily.

That comforting energy must be transferable to cats and kids too because she does great with both! She loveddd spending time inside on the couch with our friend Elijah (11)! She switched the high energy off and turned on chill mode so easily. This is great because she can be a wonderful playmate with kids outside and come inside and easily become a cartoon and chill pup. She would do well in a home with kids who know how to enrich a playful pup! When she met our housecat Biggie, she was very mindful of his presence. She gave him cautiously curious sniffs and ultimately let him go on his merry way around the room. Rosa Linda is considered cat tolerant and would do well in a home with a dog savvy cat that doesn’t mind occasional puppy curiosity.

Due to Rosa Linda’s need for speed (she has the best zoomies) she would do best in a house with a fenced yard over an apartment lifestyle. If you like to run, then congratulations! You just met your new running partner! She is a sweet girl who has all the makings of being the best family dog!
