Send Buddha Your Best Birthday Wishes

It’s Buddha’s Lucky 13th Birthday this week, March 17th, St. Patrick’s Day! This week we will be celebrating Buddha, our lucky black cat! As many of you know Buddha has cancer and this will probably be his last birthday. PLEASE help us make it the very best birthday ever by sending Buddha your Best Birthday Wishes and LOVE! I know some of you have already sent birthday greetings. Thank you. I wanted to put out an official request like we did last year. After thinking it over carefully, lots and lots LOVE is the best gift he could get. I am so thankful he will make it to lucky 13 which is now a black cat number apparently!

Buddha is currently in hospice care at the Furball house. He is eating and loves massages after meals. He also gets lycine treats which he meows for! Buddha is in good spirits. All the Furballs are extra nice to him. He has a tumor on the side of his face which I will not show. I want you all to remember my beautiful panther!

In April of 2022 Buddha had a tumor removed. A month later I was told his cancer had spread. I choose not to put him through chemo and radiation after getting a $16,000 quote and only a 3 month guarantee. (We both hated the cancer place) Instead he is under the care of a wonderful holistic vet, Dr. Richard Palmquist and is on Chinese herbs. He is still here 10 months later.

He’s my baby boy and I am going to give him as much love as I can. I hope you will too! And send some prayers and #healingpurrs too!
