Ex-rescue kitten Ficus is temporarily staying in a high rise apartment. He’s far from his doggie friends Emma & Shirley, and cat pal Giro who are all back home in the country. He doesn’t like it when I leave him alone. Even when he’s quite sleepy, he still manages to argue with me.

On 03 January 2021, we found Ficus hiding underneath a pickup truck. He was tiny, dirty, skinny, starving, full of fleas and earmites. We estimated that he was about 3 months old. We brought him home and he grew up with our doggies Emma & Shirley. The 3 became best buddies. They are Our Furry Tribe.

Later on we found out that Ficus is a Japanese bobtail. That explains his very playful nature. He’s also highly intelligent and lovable. He will soon turn 3 next month on 25 September (our estimate).
