German Shepherd Rocky having a little rest in the park. He is just the most beautiful long coat german shepherd I have ever seen, although I might be a bit biased. :) I love how his coat looks in the sun though, so I thought I would share. :)

About Kat and Dog:
I'm Kat, the videographer and editor. Rocky my German Shepherd Dog is the star of the channel. Nik, my husband, gets a bit grumpy when I make him appear on the camera, but I am working on it. :)

We love mountains and often go hiking with our dog. As Rocky is still a puppy we keep the difficulty level low for now, but there will be plenty of advice on dog-friendly travel, dog-friendly hikes, and accommodation.

I'm not a dog trainer or a vet, however, I do invite experts to talk about their areas of expertise, so you can find very valuable and interesting advice here from various dog trainers, dog nutrition specialists and canine world professionals. Sometimes it is good to just hear what other dog owners are going through, as we have had quite a few struggles with our GSD.

Video quality
I am a filmmaker, and I'm trying to get more comfortable in front of the camera, rather than always hiding behind it. It is a fun side project for me, that helps with my main line of work, rather than a professional grade job. So please forgive the quality of the videos - they are taken in haste, on a mobile phone, and subject to a quick edit. I draw the line at bringing all my equipment on holidays, and spending days perfecting the practice videos. But hopefully, you will still find them enjoyable and informative.
