I'm settling on using 4 golf balls as the slow feeder solution.

I'm trying to befriend Scruffy, a feral cat, that has moved into my yard. From a distance, he is very brave and likes to ignore and scoff at me. But when close, he is very skittish. We are now into 141 weeks since I started leaving food for him.
