The Ostrich: The Weird and the Wonderful

Ostriches are large, flightless birds that have long legs and a long neck that protrudes from a round body.
Ostriches belong to a class of flightless birds known as ratites that includes the emus, rheas, and kiwis. There are two living species of ostrich, the common ostrich and the Somali ostrich.
They are large flightless birds of Africa who lay the largest eggs of any living land animal. they are the fastest birds on land with the ability to run up to 70 km/h or 43.5 mph.
its feathers are used as decoration and feather dusters. Its skin is also used for leather products.
