This month, we are joined by Dr. Craig Stanford. Craig is Professor of Biological Sciences and Anthropology at University of Southern California, studying both primates and chelonians. Craig is also the chair of the IUCN-TFTSG (Tortoise and Freshwater Turtle Specialist Group) and author of The Last Tortoise. His second book, The Turtle Crisis, will be published later this year by the Turtle Conservancy.
We'll talk with Craig about the TFTSG, his books, and one of his favorite conservation projects - Terrapene coahuila.
