OMG! This Hack Makes Freezing Raw Chicken Hearts for Cats EASY

I did a consultation with Jennifer at the @the.raw.fed.feline to make sure my 14.5 year old Ragdoll cats that are being raw fed are on a complete and balanced diet for their ages and their health situations. One of the things that Jennifer suggested was to add chicken hearts, not only for added taurine, but for other reasons. So I ordered them from @rawfeedingmiami. When they arrived, I dethawed them and then set them out individually on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and froze them on the cookie sheet. Then I put them into bags later to use in their meals. The idea is that by freezing them individually, you can pull out jus the amount you need.

When raw food arrives, depending on many factors, it can sometimes already be thawed slightly. So whenever I have an order coming, I clear my schedule, so I can do prep work and take advantage of any partially thawed meat. https://floppycats.co/rawfeedingmiami
