Charlie was the most loving and cuddly cat we've ever owned - the perfect example of an affectionate Maine Coon.

Charlie had the best meow. In this clip, he is asking to be lifted up to drink from the kitchen tap.

Charlie passed away 3 years ago, suddenly, from liver failure. He was fine one day and gone the next. He had a fabulous 15 years.

I held him in my arms until the end at the vet's and it broke my heart.

We will miss Charlie forever.
