Say hello to Thor! Our newest addition to the family. Pretty soon after Archie passed I started looking for someone to honor his name. Last July we made a reservation for this cute guy. He was born on November 14, 2021. He is full blooded Blue Maine Coon. We know who his parents are and everything about him. I drove to Lexington, Kentucky last Saturday to meet the breeder and pick the little guy up. It ended up being a week earlier than originally planned and spur of the moment as well. We were very happy to get him early. It was an 8 hour round trip but well worth it, He is a sweet doll and should end up being very large. His dad is 25 pounds of big kitty. I have always wanted one and lucked out when we rescued Archie and later Georgia that they were Maine Coon mixes. Archie's size was at the low end of the spectrum at 18 pounds. Lots of information to share which will be coming out over time. We now have 5 cats and are loving it. Adopting Geddy and Alex was not planned but still welcomed! Now the family must get to know each other!
