Well, hello there! I can assure you that I am the one you have been looking for. How do I know? Well, I'm a looker for starters. My coat is shiny and soft, and I have been told that my face is too cute for words. I am also fun if I do say so myself. I have been known to catch a ball or two, long walks tickle my fancy, and fetch is just about my favorite game. Playtime aside, I have also been known to indulge in a good, old-fashioned nap and I sure hope that you'd snuggle up with me. To top it all off, I am super healthy and all ready to go. The miniature dachshund is a small hound dog breed from Germany with either a short, wire-haired, or longhaired coat and a long, low body. These dogs are simply the smaller variety of the dachshund dog breed, with the larger variety being the standard dachshund.
