Ex-rescue kitten Ficus had a great time during our stay at our home in the countryside. He was able to spend a lot of time outdoors. He got to play with doggie friends Emma & Shirley and cat pal Giro. Rihanna is getting friendly with him and the other 2 divas - Beyoncé and Adele seem to like him too. He saw the chickens and the other animals in the compound. He also got to walk all the way to the back and see the banana trees, which he found to be weird because they didn’t have branches. ????

But now he’s back in the big city and he wants to go home. It usually takes a few days for him to get used to living in the apartment. He’ll be fine.

Ficus was about 3 months old when we rescued him. Months later we found out that he was a Japanese bobtail. This breed is known for its very pleasant playful nature, is affectionate and highly intelligent. He also adapts well as a solo cat and knows how to play by himself. He’s quite a fun cat to have.
