On 18 April, I found a puppy hid under my car: covered by matted coat, she looked very scared. I looked around for her owner, but couldn't find anyone. I tried to talk to her and lured her outside. She looked at me a bit but then just collapsed down. Breathed heavily, I'm worry if something is wrong so I moved to other side to have a closer look: her front left leg is looked normal.
