Sweet Rex was found in the middle of nowhere in the woods; dumped by someone who clearly had no heart to take him to safety.

He is a part of 6 dogs picked up in Pembroke Pines after someone living on a lot reached out for help. He was dumped and as you can see was not taken care of one bit. The person on the lot did her best as far as feeding the dogs but had no money for medical care and there was no way that rescuers could turn their backs on these babies. Rex here is currently tested positive for hookworms, has severe arthritis, multiple fractured teeth, and an IMBEDDED COLLAR with a wound full of maggots!

Whatever this sweet boy has been through must've been a nightmare but we are determined to help him have a better life ahead. We will keep everyone updated on his condition and progress but please help Rex get the treatment that he needs so that his spirits and health can be mended.
